We Need Live Streaming Volunteers
We are very thankful to the volunteers across Canada that have assisted us over the past few years with live streaming. However, in order to continue this service, we are in need of more volunteers. If you are interested in learning more about how you can help, please send an email to skatecanadans@sportnovascotia.ca
This volunteer opportunity does require some commitment for training and the ability to support on competition day, from the comfort of your own home. Traveling to the competition is not required. You will also need limited knowledge of figure skating, for example, you won’t need to know the differences between the kinds of jumps and the spins, you just need to know that it is a jump or a spin.
We are hoping to be able to continue to bring this service to our skating community!
