Skate Nova Scotia Annual General Meeting Info

Skate Nova Scotia will be holding their Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026 at 8:00 pm via zoom.

All clubs are entitled to 1 vote by their declared delegate and observers are welcome to attend. 

Preregistration at skatecanadans@sportnovascotia.ca by Tuesday September 22, 2026 is required for admittance to the meeting.

We are pleased to offer a presentation by Jeff Partrick, Corporate Services Director, Skate Canada prior to the formal agenda:

  2.        Call to Order
  3.        Establishment of Quorum
  4.        Adoption of Minutes of the Previous Annual General Meeting
  5.        Confirmation of Actions Taken by the Board of Directors
  6.        Presentation and approval of reports
  7.        Financial Statement
  8.        Nomination Report and Election of Board Members
  9.        Appointment of scrutineers
  10.      Awarding of Competitions
  11.      Amendments to Bylaws
  12.      New Business –
  13.      Adjournment
